Including an example of a process that you have overhauled on your resume will show the reviewer that you have the ability to take a system or procedure within and organization and re-vamp it to be more efficient.

Tenacious – persistent and determined
Showing tenacity on your resume will give the reviewer the sense that you never give up and will not let a difficult task get the best of you.

Value – relative worth, merit, or importance
Using the word value, specifically in the term “brought value to,” will give the resume reviewer the idea that you are able to improve upon a given procedure, process or project that you are given the opportunity to work on.
